Amendment to Webster Lake Regulations

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 5, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Webster, MA, in order to address the petition to amend Webster Lake Regulations 323 C.M.R. 2.13 (1)

Proposed Regulatory Amendments

The Town hereby petitions the Massachusetts Environmental Police, Division of Law Enforcement to amend 323 CMR 2.13 (1), Webster Lake, by inserting after 323 CMR 2.13 (1)(o) the following sections:

“(p) No person shall operate or permit the operation of any vessel exceeding 40 feet in length.

(q) No person shall operate or permit the operation of any commercial vessel between sunset and sunrise. For purposes of this section, a commercial vessel engaged in commercial trade or that carries passengers for hire.”

Anyone wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
