ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Public Hearing Notice

In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Webster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the Variance application of Kate and Robert Hastings.  The petitioners are seeking a variance of the required side yard setback of 10 feet to 5.33 feet and rear yard setback of 10 feet to 5.74 feet for the construction of a proposed porch addition to an existing house located at 24 Black Point Road (39-D-3) Webster, Massachusetts. The area is zoned Lake Residential (LR). 

The public hearing will be held on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Basement Conference Room of the Webster Town Hall, 350 Main Street, Webster, Massachusetts. Anyone interested or wishing to be heard on this application should appear at the time and place designated.
