Public Hearing Notice
In accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 131, Sec. 40, as amended – The Wetlands Protection Act, a public hearing will be held on a Notice of Intent application filed by David DuPont Jr. for the demolition of an existing house, abandonment of a cesspool, construction of a new house, installation of an on-site sewage disposal system, construction of a driveway, tree removal, landscaping, and maintenance of a pond overflow outlet at 6 Tanner Road (98-B-7 and 8), Webster, Massachusetts. The public hearing will be held on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 5:40 p.m. in the Basement Conference Room of the Webster Town Hall, 350 Main Street, Webster, Massachusetts.
