Legal Notice

The Webster Cultural Council is seeking applications from individuals and organizations for grants to fund projects ranging from festivals, workshops, and lectures to exhibitions, science, education, and performing arts projects. The council also provides funding for PASS, a ticket-subsidy program that helps pay for school-age children to attend cultural events outside of school time.
