OXFORD – Eddy L. Garneau, 69, of Sunset Avenue, died on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. He was predeceased by his wife of 34 years, Claire H. (Heeps) Garneau of Oxford, who died on December 4, 2011. He is survived by two children, Sean E. Garneau of Oxford, and Christina M. Nicholson and her husband Jeff of Worcester. He was born in Canada and lived in Uxbridge before moving to Oxford 36 years ago.

Mr. Garneau was a lab technician at Indusol Inc. in Whitinsville for 45 years, retiring in 2011. He enjoyed working on computers, fishing and music.

A calling hour will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012, from 11 a.m – 12 noon at Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. Burial will be private at a later date. www.paradisfuneralhome.com
