Dudley – Florence G. “Fudgie” Kalvinek, 87, died unexpectedly Thursday, August 30 in Harrington Memorial Hospital. Her husband of 49 years, John died in 1994.

She leaves one daughter: Sandra Gracyalny and two grandsons, Mark and Scott Gracyalny all of Dudley.

Two sisters: Irene Goulet and Esther Milas and several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by a son in law, a brother and 2 sisters.

She was born in Webster, the daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Trocki) Ryznal. Florence lived in Oxford moving to Dudley in 1980. She worked 15 years at B&W Shoe and 20 years at Oakwood Nursing home retiring in 1987. A loving mother and grandmother affectionately known as "Fudgie" to family and friends .

Her funeral will be Saturday Sept. 1st with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main St., Dudley. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Garden Of Peace Cemetery, Webster. Calling hour on Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley.
