THOMPSON – Gail F. (Benoit) Foux, 63, of Main Street in the North Grosvenordale section of Thompson, died unexpectedly Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at her home.

She leaves a son, Mark C. Boutin, with whom she lived; and a grandson, Justin Boutin of Webster.

She was born and raised in Webster, the only daughter of Chester V. and Stasia D. (Cejmer) Benoit. She graduated from Bartlett High School in Webster and studied to be a cosmetologist. She moved to North Grosvenordale in 1991.

Gail worked at Clinic Instruments in Southbridge for many years before retiring. She was a former member of Saint Joseph Basilica in Webster.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster, on a day and time to be announced. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster.

There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street, Webster.
