Webster - Joel J. Foisy, age 51, died Monday, November 5, 2012, at home.

He leaves his life partner, Bernardo Oquendo of Webster; his mother, Ruth M. (Easley) Foisy of York, Maine; a brother, Pierre Foisy of Manchester, NH; and a sister, Jennifer DeForest of Marlborough, MA.

Joel was born in Marlborough, MA, son of Ruth M. (Easley) Foisy and the late Nelson E. Foisy.  He lived in Webster for the past ten years.  He was a shared life provider for the Department of Mental Health.
