Dudley – Lawrence M. Helt, age 51, of Green Street, died Saturday, March 3, 2012, at UMASS Memorial Health Care – University Campus, Worcester. He leaves his wife of 21 years, Eileen A. (Mundell) Helt of Webster; his father, Leon Helt of New York; a son, Mitchell Helt of Webster; a daughter, Lean Helt of Webster; a step-son, Eric Tracy of Charlton; a step-daughter, Jamie Breau of Dudley; a brother, Lenny Helt of Dudley; a sister, Lauretta Helt of California; four grandsons. He was born in Port Jervais, NY, son of the late Genevieve (Mikrat) Helt and lived in Webster before moving to Dudley four and half years ago. He was previously employed by Flagg-Palmer Vault Company. There are no calling hours. Funeral services and burial are private. Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing arrangements.
