Webster - Maureen J. “Mo” ( Corman) Smith, 50, died Friday, January 25,2013 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center -University Campus after a short illness.

She leaves her husband of 17 years, Brian Smith. Her four children Katie McRell of Webster and Shad  McRell of Clinton. Jaime and Justin Smith of Webster . Two grandchildren Luciana and London .Her mother Esther (Phillips) Corman of Clinton. One brother: George Corman and his wife  Cheryl of Milford, MA  Several nieces and nephews, Predeceased by a sister, Marcia Corman.

She was born in Clinton, MA, the daughter of  Esther (Phillips) Corman and  the late George Corman Sr she graduated from Clinton High school.  She worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Food Industry. Mo loved cooking , baking and was always willing to lend a helping hand . She loved life and could light up a room .

Funeral services  with the Rev. John White officiating will be held Tuesday, January 29,2013  at 10 AM In Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley.  Burial will follow at her family’s plot at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Clinton.  Calling hours will be held on Monday Jan. 28,2013 from 5 to 8 PM at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley .www.bartelfuneralhome.com
