Thompson - Natalie A. (Tonner) Habercoss, age 85, died Saturday, December 29, 2012, at Lanessa Extended Care, Webster.

She leaves her husband of 65 years, Alfred A. Habercoss of Thompson, CT; four daughters, Natalie Beauchamp of Wilsonville, CT, Heather LaPlante of Mendon, MA, Carol Habercoss of San Leandro, CA and Kristin Sevigny of Thompson, CT; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was born in Northhampton, MA, daughter of the late Ewart and Esther (Harvey) Tonner and lived in Thompson most of her life.  She was a retired special needs school teacher, having taught for many years at Thornfield Hall.  She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Webster, and most recently a member of the Thompson Congregational Church in Thompson.

Natalie's funeral will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013, from the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster with a funeral service at 11:15 am in the Thompson Congregational Church, 347 Thompson Road, Thompson, CT.  Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Webster.  Calling hours at the funeral home are Wednesday, January 2nd from 9:30-10:30 am.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Day Kimball Homemakers, 320 Pomfret Street, Putnam, CT 06260.  A guest book is available at www.shaw-majercik.com.
