OXFORD – Olive L. (Holt) Bailey, 76, of Holbrook Rd., passed away peacefully on Monday, August 13, 2012, surrounded by her family at St. Vincent Hospital.

She was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Robert C. Bailey, Jr. She is survived by four children, Robert C. Bailey, III of Oxford, Linda M. Kondratowicz and her husband Michael of Dudley, Jacqueline L. Fraser and her husband Michael Medeiros of Webster, and Lisa M. Hedge of Webster; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

She was born in Fitchburg, the daughter of the late Charles and Beatrice Harriman, and lived most of her life in Oxford. She enjoyed going to the casino with her best friends. A graveside service will be held at a later date.

There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Paradis Funeral Home in Oxford is assisting with arrangements.
