BROOKLYN, CT. - Stuart Allen Field, age 63, died Monday, August 13, 2012, at UMASS Memorial Health Care - University Campus, Worcester.

He leaves three sons, Matthew Field of Adams, TN., Todd Field of Brooklyn, CT., and Trevor Field of Brooklyn, CT.; six grandchildren. Stuart was born in Putnam, son of the late Harold and Fay (Tellett) Field. He was an auto mechanic for many years.

There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012, at 10:00 am in the Putnam Congregational Church, 175 Main Street, Putnam. Burial will be in High Street Cemetery, Dayville. Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is in charge of arrangements.
