CHARLTON- Warren E. Philbrook, 81, of 115 Six Schoolhouse Rd., passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in U.Mass/Memorial Hospital, University Campus in Worcester.

He leaves his wife of 38 years, Joan E. (Stevens) Philbrook, 3 sons; Bradley of Ft. Walton, FL.,Brian and Warren both of Douglas and a daughter; Yvonne Coleman of Charlton. He also leaves 2 brothers; Barry of Uxbridge and Bob of Ft. Meyers, FL., and a sister; Pam Houle of Uxbridge, 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and several niece and nephews.

Warren was born in Rockland, Maine a son of Roland and Dorothy (Butman) Philbrook and has lived in Charlton for many years.

He was a Korean War Army veteran.

Warren was an oil burner technician for the former Frabotta Oil Co. in Uxbridge for 30 years, and later drove school bus for Bay Path Regional Vocational High School in Charlton.

He was a member of the Charlton Beagle Club and the NRA.

Warren’s Funeral will be Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 11AM in The Robert J. Miller-Charton Funeral Home, 175 Old Worcester Rd. ;burial will be in West Ridge Cemetery.

Calling Hours will be Saturday from 9 to 11 AM prior to the Funeral Service.
