William R. Chauvin, age 84

Auburn – William R. Chauvin, age 84, died Wednesday, July 18. 2012, at Sunbridge Sandalwood of Oxford.

He leaves two sons, David W. Chauvin of Baldwin City, Kansas and Daniel J. Chauvin of Buzzards Bay, MA; two daughters, Cathy Ann Chauvin of Pocassett, MA and Judith M. Chauvin of Cape Cod; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was born in Webster, son of the late George and Marie (LeBouef) Chauvin. He was a World War II, United States Navy Veteran. He was a retired pressman having worked for the Worcester Telegram and Gazette and was a member of the American Legion and VFW.

There are no calling hours. Funeral services, with burial in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Webster are private. Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster is directing arrangements. A guest book for condolences is available at www.shaw-majercik.com.
