Daniel J. Williams |
Webster - Daniel J. Williams, age 46, of 3 1/2 Wall Street, died Saturday, January 23, 2010.
He leaves his mother and her husband, Carol A. (Chapderlaine) Mahota and Herbert Mahota of Avon Park, Florida; three sisters, Vicki Williams of Thompson, Donna Armstrong of Avon Park and Robyn A. Ledoux of Webster; a nephew, Justin Ledoux; a niece, Amber Ledoux.
He was born in Putnam, son of the late Daniel Joseph Williams Jr. He was a member of the Liberty Social Club in Webster.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, January 30, 2010, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster. Donations in his memory can be made to the MSPCA-Angell, Attn: Donations, 350 South Hungtington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130. |

Jeremy S. McFarlin |
Webster – Jeremy S. McFarlin, age 32, of 126 Lake Street, died Saturday, January 30, 2010, at Hubbard-Harrington Health Care in Webster.
He leaves his mother and step-father, Emma L. (Prefontaine) and Kenneth McKinstry of Charlton; two sons, Anthony McFarlin and Andrew McFarlin, both of Iowa; three brothers, Roland McFarlin and Shannon McFarlin, both of Dudley, Ryan McFarlin of Whitman.
He was born in Worcester and lived in Charlton most of his life. He moved to Webster two years ago. He was a roofer with L.J. Construction. Jeremy was an avid fisherman and was a fan of the Red Sox and Patriots.
Calling hours will be at the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster on Thursday, February 4, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:45 pm. Lucien W. Brault |
OXFORD – Lucien W. Brault, 82, of Walters Drive, died Monday, January 25, 2010, in his home. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Olga (Anargeros) Brault of Oxford; two grandchildren, Shannon Hagelauer and her husband George of East Stroudsburg, PA, and Christopher Moore and his wife Toni of Matthews, NC; three great grandchildren, Drew Hagelauer, Cameron Hagelauer, and Abigail Moore; three sisters-in-law, Anna Hall and her husband John of Sharon, Helen Drakapoulos of Greece, and Pauline Brault of Harrisville, RI; and several nieces, nephews, and godchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Carole M. Moore of Oxford, who died in 2004; a brother, Norman J. Brault of Woonsocket, RI; and a sister, Marie Plante of Woonsocket, RI. He was born in White Plains, NY, the son of the late Archelle and Regina (Lissee) Brault, and lived in Somerville, Cambridge, and West Roxbury, before moving to Oxford 37 years ago. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Mr. Brault was a carpenter at Do-All Construction in Woonsocket, RI, for 20 years, retiring in 1989. He was a member of St. Roch’s Church in Oxford, and enjoyed woodworking and carpentry.
The Brault family would like to thank the people of St. Roch’s Church and their many close friends for their prayers and support over the past several years.
A funeral was held on Monday, Feb. 1, 2010, from Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Roch’s Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Philip J. Pikor |
Webster - Philip J. Pikor, 62, of 3 Jackson Rd., died unexpectedly Friday, January 29, at his home.
He leaves his Cousin, Patricia and her husband John Raslavsky of Stratford, CT and a host of friends.
He was born in Bridgeport, CT, the son of the late Henry and Florence (Krestoweak) Pikor. He graduated from Bridgeport High School and the University of Connecticut. Phil was an outstanding athlete playing high school baseball and football and college football. He was a fan of all sports and enjoyed watching sports with his friends. He was in sales for many years. He worked many years as a manager at Hanks Package Store. He was devoted to the care of his mother until her passing in 2006.
Mr. Pikor was a member of St. Louis Church and the Knights Of Columbus Council 228 in Webster. A member and auditor of TSKK Club and member of the A.C. Boosters and past golf champion at the Boosters in Webster. Phil enjoyed golfing and working at Hanks Package Store. Phil was a motorcycle, car and boating enthusiast.
A funeral will be held Wednesday, Feb. 3 from Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Louis Church, 14 Lake St., Webster. Burial will be in the Spring at Holy Cross Cemetery, Franklin, NH. Vincent Alexandrowicz |
WEBSTER - Vincent B. Alexandrowicz, 58, of Thompson Road, died Thursday, January 28, in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
He leaves his wife of 12 years, Luba (Manzova) Alexandrowicz; a stepson, Steve Manzov of Worcester; a stepdaughter, Eli Dimovska and her husband Nikola of Macedonia; a sister, Jeanne M. Elby and her husband Tom of Windham, NH; and 2 step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Ronald in 2001.
He was born in Webster, a son of Bernard J. and Myrle J. (Dansereau) Alexandrowicz and lived here most of his life. He graduated from Bartlett High School and attended Worcester State College.
He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
Mr. Alexandrowicz was a maintenance mechanic at Reed & Prince in Worcester from 1978 to 1990 and then at Gentex Optics in Dudley from 1994 to 2003. He retired in 2004 due to illness.
He was a former member of the Polish American Citizens Club and the Webster-Dudley American Legion Post #184.
He attained the rank of Eagle Scout. He was an accomplished drummer and played in country and polka bands for many years. He loved to go fishing and to golf.
The funeral was held Monday, February l, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb St. Burial was in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. The Webster-Dudley Veterans Council provided the military honors at the cemetery.

Wesley S. Stevens, Sr. |
AUBURN - Wesley S. Stevens, Sr., 91, died Friday, January 29, in the Life Care Center of Auburn.
He leaves his wife of 37 years, Emily J. (Moskwa) Stevens; 2 sons, Wesley S. Stevens, Jr. and his wife Judith of Charlton and Lee A. Stevens and his wife Carol of Dudley; 7 grandchildren, Wesley S. Stevens III, Lee A. Stevens, Jr., Carla Weimer, Robin Richard, Jennifer Roberts, Linda Lottter and Nicholas Stevens; 16 great grandchildren; a sister, Olive Anderson of St. Cloud, FL; nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his son Robert W. Stevens in 1970.
He was born and raised in Spencer, the son of Ambrose and Mildred (Fitzsimonds) Stevens. He resided in Charlton and Webster before moving to Del Ray Beach, Florida in 1978. He moved to Auburn in 2009.
Mr. Stevens was a foreman at Wymon Gordon Company in Worcester for many years before retiring in 1975. He was a member and past master of the Bay Path Masonic Lodge in Brookfield. He enjoyed golfing.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Donations in his name may be made to a charity of the donors choice. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster.
